Instructional Designer

We are seeking highly creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designers with strong experience in designing engaging learning experiences for technical courses, higher education, or enterprise clients. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing learning requirements, creating instructional strategies, storyboards, assessment frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital learning solutions.

This will be a 3-month contract to start with on the 3rd-party vendor payroll. Looking from Pan India locations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze client requirements and learning objectives to design effective instructional solutions.

● Develop instructional strategies, storyboards, scripts, assessments, and learning journeys for digital learning programs.

● Design engaging eLearning content using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

● Work closely with SMEs, visual designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

● Create content for ILT, VILT, eLearning, microlearning, assessments, simulations, and blended learning solutions.

● Ensure content quality, instructional accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the expectations.

● Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and review meetings.

● Mentor junior instructional designers and provide guidance on best practices and quality standards.

● Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery within defined timelines.

● Stay updated with emerging trends in learning design, AI-enabled learning, Gen AI tools, and digital learning technologies.

Qualification & Experience:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, Instructional Design, or related field.

● 4+ years of experience designing digital learning content (eLearning, technical projects, etc).

● Strong understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.

● Experience in storyboard creation and content structuring for digital learning solutions.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

● Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

● Exposure to LMS platforms and Gen AI tools is preferred.
