What You’ll Be Owning
Tech Hiring & Talent Evaluation ● Hire across Software Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps & Cloud, Full Stack, Data Engineering, QA Automation, Python, and Java roles ● Assess technical profiles beyond keywords through strong screening conversations and skill evaluation
⚡ Pipeline Building & Hiring Delivery ● Build strong pipelines for niche tech skills and project-based hiring needs ● Partner closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to drive hiring closures efficiently
🤖 AI-Driven Recruiting & HRTech ● Use AI-powered sourcing tools, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GenAI tools for smarter hiring ● Experiment with AI-driven outreach, talent mapping, automation workflows, and emerging HRTech trends
📊 Recruitment Analytics & Insights ● Track recruitment metrics, sourcing performance, funnel conversions, and hiring trends ● Use data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve decision-making
You’d Be a Great Fit If You: ● Have 8+ years of recruitment experience ● Have managed large hiring ramp-ups successfully ● Are strong with hiring MIS, dashboards & reporting ● Can work in fast-paced, target-driven environments ● Know how to balance speed, quality & stakeholder expectations
