Hurix Digital is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive/ Lead BHR to support day-to-day human resources and people operations functions. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. As part of the HR Operations team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
🤝 Strategic Business Partnership ● Partner with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives. ● Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategies. ● Act as the first point of contact for all people-related matters within assigned business units.
🌱 Employee Lifecycle & Engagement ● Own the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. ● Drive employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action plans to improve workplace experience. ● Partner with leadership to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
📈 Performance & Talent Management ● Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and talent discussions. ● Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning and career development initiatives. ● Work with managers to improve team effectiveness and employee growth.
💙 Employee Relations ● Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters with fairness and confidentiality. ● Coach managers on conflict resolution, performance management, and HR best practices. ● Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. 🏆 Learning, Development & Recognition ● Partner with Learning & Development to identify capability-building opportunities. ● Drive recognition and rewards initiatives that reinforce company values and high performance. ● Support leadership development and employee growth programs.
📊 HR Analytics & Compliance ● Track and analyze key HR metrics including attrition, engagement, headcount, and performance trends. ● Prepare reports and dashboards for business leaders. ● Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance requirements, and internal governance.
Qualifications & Experience:
● 5–8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Business HR, or a similar HR role.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Strong experience in employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations. ● Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.
● Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work with HR data, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions
