Challenges They Faced
The organization encountered multiple challenges while developing a large set of accessible presentation materials within a compressed timeline:

- Content Analysis and Instructional Alignment – Technical PDFs were carefully analyzed to extract key instructional elements and organize content according to lesson objectives while preserving instructional intent.
- Accessible Template Standardization – Client-provided accessible templates were used to ensure consistent formatting, heading structures, color contrast, and placeholder roles across all presentations.
- Manual Accessibility Implementation – Accessibility features were applied to each slide, including proper reading order, meaningful alternative text for visuals, structured headings and lists, and verification of color contrast to ensure content was perceivable and navigable.
